Theme and Graphics

Mystery Reels Free Spins & Bonus Features
Although the slot Mystery Reels is quite heavily lacking any real bonus features, the two bonus features that we do have access to do a good job of maximising our profit potentials. Which in our testing caused some single spins to win more than £120 with a £4 stake.
- Mystery Symbol - This is the bonus feature in Mystery Reels that we will come in contact with most. Whenever the golden apple falls onto our play board, a number will randomly appear on the apple.
This number decides how many spaces (in any direction) the apple will move, every symbol position that it moves to will become a golden apple.

Last Thoughts
Red Tiger Gaming always puts a lot of effort into the slot games that they produce, however making a classic themed slot seem fresh and new is a very difficult thing. Other slot game providers have taken the route of filling their slots with bonus features and flashy graphics, Red Tiger has chosen not to do this with Mystery Reels, instead, they have made the best of what is usually on offer.
It works well for the players who are looking for the nostalgia of the old days in pubs spinning the fruit machines, but for new players, I imagine it will lack the ‘buzz’ that modern slot games have.
Even with the upbeat dance music pumping along as we try out our luck with Mystery Reels, it still seems to fall a little flat. Since this is a theme that has been created by so many other slot producers, it would be nice to see a little more variation in the way this slot is presented to us – perhaps it wouldn’t feel quite so anti-climactic if there were better odds of getting access to the free spins.
